Cannot add balance to account

I cannot add balance to my account. Under my balance there is a transfer funds option but when i click on it it says i have no funds to give. Ive tried clicking the 3 dots next to my balance but there never is an option to add funds ive even deleted and put my bank details in paypal double checking but there is still no way that i can add funds please help if anybody can.

The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.

As a buyer you never need funds in your Paypal balance.
Paypal will automatically take payment from any confirmed bank account or card (whichever is eligible in your country) during the payment process.

If you have the option to select a funding source then you can do so here...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

All right i get it but what if someone transfers me some money through paypal will i be able to add that balance to my bank account?

You should be able to withdraw funds to any card or bank account (whichever option is available for your country).
