I mistakenly sent money to my friend as 'good and service' option. But, the money is on hold in my friend's acoount as she is not the seller and I can not cancel the payment. How I can receive the money back ? or atleast my friend should receive the money so she can send it to me. Also, tell me how many days the money will be on hold in my friend account.

Sadly you can't cancel a completed payment and paypal would see your friend as a seller if you used the goods/services option.
The only way to get it back sooner is to open a paypal dispute but your friend would have a dispute on their account + would not get the 'fee' that they paid back again anyway.
