Can the money be kept in the paypal account?

I live in Egypt and i want to know if it is possible to leave the money in paypal for several months. The reason is that i am transfering my account to another bank. I did not decide the new bank yet. The money is transfered automatically to the connected visa on the beginning of the month and i want to stop this until i transfer to the new bank.

Unfortunately in your country you cannot hold a balance, it is auto withdrawn to your visa as  you have already noticed.
