I can't get money from the client. PayPal delayed the money and not a single method helped me get it

I sold the toy. The client paid via PayPal. PayPal accepted the payment, showed it in transactions, but is holding back delivery of my money. The client has already received his toy for a week, but the money is still not available to me, since PayPal is holding it. The red text in the screenshots above says "this is an invalid transaction"
