Can't issue refund for disputed amount Paypal says not enough money to do the refund!

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to process the refund due to insufficient funds. If your PayPal account doesn't have sufficient funds, you can use your primary bank account to issue the refund. In this case, it usually takes up to 5 business days for the refund to complete.
