Can not request money

I tried requesting money, but whenever I press "submit" I get an error "You do not have permission to perform this action".

I did linked card and bank account, also verified the account. Waited a day as it said "Try again later." but it is still not working.

Any idea what to do?

Thanks for letting us know you've verified your account and added your card and bank. After those steps have been taken, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. You may also want to make sure the receiver of your request as completed their account setup to ensure the request can be received without issue.
