Can I pay using PayPal without adding a bank account or credit/debit card?

Can I pay using PayPal without adding a bank account or credit/debit card? Like, can I buy using PayPal from paying through VISA gift card? (As shown in the image). This account has no bank or credit/debit card added to it. I'm new to PayPal and don't want to add my bank or card info.

You can add gift cards as per link as long as they can be confirmed on the system.

However at some point paypal would require you to verify your paypal account as per link.
