I purchased a product and paid through Paypal. After receiving the product I need to return as its faulty after 2 weeks and I am entitled to a refund under the sellers terms and conditions. Company has not replied and I have found out they have gone into liquidation. Does this come under the Paypal Buyer guarantee ? I have lodged a claim under Paypal Resolution Centre.

Hello "Esteemed Advisor" That's what I hate about online assistance. You get human robots not bothered to read the question in full. As I mentioned I have already lodged a claim with the Resokution Centre. Are you a genuine helper or just interested in getting more badges for providing useless information?

@Hamallo

I gave you the link because you said you had lodged a claim in the resolution centre but did not say if you had escalated it so I gave you the link to show you the procedure.

If you wanted more advice then you could have asked nicely and politely and I would have answered any further queries you had.

As you did not then all I can suggest is go read up on Paypals buyer protection policy yourself where you will find your answer as I am not going to give up my time to help you further.

The link you sent is the only way one can make a claim. There is no other way. Ive already done that as i stated in my original message. So, no, you are not helpfull at all. You just can't read properly. Hope you are getting lots and lots of badges for wasting my time Mr Esteemed Advisor LOL. Don't bother replying.

Wrong the link is the only way to make a DISPUTE, however a lot of folks forget they have to escalate to a CLAIM which is what the link tells you to do.

Not bothered about badges, however the 75 thousand kudos or solutions given by polite/nice forum users is appreciated.

As to the rest of your question then go read up on it, I am not going to bother to help you and you have already been added to my list to never help again in the future.
