Authorization from Roblox / Cash star

Hello, So I've tried buying a digital gift card from ROBLOX and I've paid with PayPal and for some reason the website lagged and when I refreshed the page and went to my bank account it seemed my money got taken and I haven't received the digital card yet so when I went to my PayPal account it said that my payment was waiting for authorization, I was using my computer to make this purchase and I do not want to wait 30 days to get my money back so Is there a faster way to redeem my money back?

The only party than can void an authorization is the merchant. Contact ROBLOX support to verify the order, delivery of gift card, or voiding the authorization.
