Am unable to receive payments from an international sender (Dscout) despite linking my bank account and having it verified. Any help will be appreciated.

@kernowlass The KYC options are not visible on my account. Presumably this is due to the fact that my account is of type "Personal" rather than "Business". I have verified my email, phone number and bank account, but still the problem is persistent.
