After authorizing bank, white page shows up and cannot proceed with payment- how to proceed?

 I am trying to make a transaction and after successfully authorizing my bank this white screen appears on my page. I've tried using my phone, and different browsers and still have the same issue.

I do understand that you are unable to proceed with your payments on PayPal. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
