Account on hold and not able to send refund

Hi there I have send a refund to my friend who sent me *** which is on hold at the moment until i refund him 100. I just want to know what account to send it to as my friend is un able to tell me

Sorry no idea what you are talking about?

If you want to issue your friend a refund then just click on the transaction in your paypal account and then click on the refund option at the bottom of that details page.
