i cant withdraw my balance

Can you please tell me why I can't withdraw my balance from my PayPal account? I already link my debit account.

Did you confirm the debit visa with the 4 digit code after adding it?

Is the billing address of your card the same as your paypal account address?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency?
