400 Response Code.

We are getting the following 400 response message when I try to pay a merchant.  I have tried contacting technical support however they are unable to answer the question nor put us through a customer agent as they are unavailable. 

Please contact our technical support with Request ID: 8RI-fSGR-oUAd and Application Name: paypal_default_checkoutuinodeweb_dcg01
