where is my refund for shipping cost?

I cannot find the refund for the shipping cost that I made of an item that I returned, supposedly in my paypal account the status of that refund is "successful and completed" but nevertheless that amount supposedly refunded does not appear in my bank account or in my account from paypal. Where is my money?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

I requested refunds for the cost of returning the items to the seller. In January and June of this year, but when checking my bank account, there are no refunds that are supposed to be completed.
Maybe I should communicate by phone with Paypal?

Did you activate the 'return shipping' link before the transaction and then clicked on the transaction and lodged a claim for return shipping providing trackable proof of delivery of the item back to the seller and all the information required to process that? 

Also it doesn't go into your bank account.

If your Refund request is accepted, You will receive the corresponding funds directly in your PayPal account.

Yes, I did all the steps and received an email from Paypal approving the cost of shipping the returned items.
If the returned money is supposed to be sent to my paypal account, where is it in my account? in the wallet? I have verified and the balance in my paypal account is zero, and the money is not in my bank account either, I do all my transactions with my bank card.

Go and check all transactions made about the time the refund was completed, maybe x1 of them was funded by your balance without you noticing?
