visa card subscription error

Hello when I have subscribers to our campsite business try to use a visa card they get the message 'we are sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA at this time'. I have tried using my visa card as well to run a test and I get the same error message. How do I solve this?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with this. The best thing to do would be to contact our Merchant Technical Team. Simply follow the steps below to do so. 

1. Go to www.paypal-support.com​
2. Click Contact us at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the Log In with PayPal button, Create an Account, or use your Merchant Technical Support Portal Login. 
4. Fill out the information requested in all required fields

5. Click Submit to complete your ticket.

One of our technicians will then update you via email.
