transfer issue with identity. stuck in pending

I won money from a casino and you have to withdraw to PayPal. I did so. Money arrived (600.00) and transferred it to my bank via debit card. I won again couple days later (200.00) money arrived and I transferred it to my bank via debit card. NOW IT"S STUCK IN PENDING! PayPal put a link on the transfer page for me to upload my id and take a selfie. Ok. I'll do it. Then the link disapeared and I can not find a way to do what they want me to do. OMG! Really. I can't cancel transfer and I can't upload my id, so my money...MY MONEY sits in Paypal once again and I can't access MY MONEY

If you read the acceptable use policy for gaming and gambling you will see that your money is dependent on paypals  preapproval for using your  paypal account for that purpose, which is probably why they are reviewing it. It may be your money but it is paypals site that you are using.

Suggest you contact customer services to get another link sent to upload?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
