How can i cancel a transfer payment from my bank account to my paypal account as its been pending since the 28th of june and i dont want it in my paypal anymore

Unfortunately you can't cancel a processing transfer, allow 5-7 days for it to transfer.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
