hello

i have sent a transaction and it shows completed but my recipient hasnt received the funds. how can i be sure and not resend again?

First, make sure you sent payment to the correct email address, mobile number, @name or Account Name. If incorrect, you’ll need to email/message the recipient (click the transaction to message recipient) to ask recipient to issue a refund.

 

If sent to the correct account and since transaction is marked Completed on your end, give recipient the transaction ID from the transaction details and ask them to contact PayPal to trace the payment.
