refund problem

According to CASE ID: PP-D-152354287 the case has been concluded in my favor, the order is to refund my money.
My status is Refunded since June 22. Transaction number: 0CH01850UH130124U.
The money has not yet been refunded to my bank account from which the payment was made, and more than 30 days have passed since the decision was made to refund my money, today is exactly the 40th day.
I am asking for an answer and clear information on when the money will be returned to my account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
