refund pending transaction

Hi!

I received funds for goods and services, and i want to refund them. The transaction is "money received - pending". There doesn't seem to be the option. Can anyone help? Thank you

Pending as an echeque with a clearance date?

OR pending on hold as a new seller as per link?
