payment on hold

hey ,

I received a payment on invoice but dont know why its on hold as i provided service so there is not any tracking details i updated order to get money sooner so that i got my payments but still didnt get my amount its around a week now

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. They can validate the tracking information online, so once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale or no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

However If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the buyer sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

I received a payment as friends and family and paypal still placed a hold on my funds. The same exact person who has been sending funds and is verified, yet they still continue to put a hold ON MY MONEY. IF I COULD SUE I WOULD

Friends/family payments normally only get a 48 hour review max unless the funds are pending as a echeque?
