Welcome all to the Community Forum. I can certainly understand how Payment Holds can be quite concerning. There may be a few different reasons as to why your payments are being held, the most common are detailed in the following Help Center article: Why is my payment on hold or unavailable?
Based on the reason for the hold, the release criteria may change as well. Here's an article you may find useful there: How can I release my payment(s) on hold?
