im in spain. i want to use friends and family payment to send money to a friend. the option doesnt show up anywhere, it just says im protected by some buyer contract or something, i cant change it to friends and family. anyone know why? this shouldnt be this difficult.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
So you can't use an UAE paypal account in Spain. Paypal varies enormously country to country. A UAE account does not have the friends/family option but a Spanish paypal account would.
