my paypal account dashboard i cannot see the add money button

My paypal account setting has no add cash option... what shall I do also to generate barcode to make cash-in in my balance?

The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.
