money received but it's on hold

my friend sent me money on a new paypal acc it's being held for 21 days it's urgent i can't wait 21 days to get it what do i do? 😞 i need it now

If the money was received as a goods/services payment and the new seller hold applied then you either don't have the friends/family option in your country OR she didn't send it using that option.
