make payment

Hi guys, why can't I send money? My card is already linked with my PayPal account and my account still has enough money to make the payment. Whenever I click on "sending to the friend" and then it still goes back to this page "What's this payment for?"

Are the funds in your balance in the correct currency?

Have you verified/confirmed your card?

Is the billing address of the card the same as your paypal account address?

Is the friends/family option available in your friend or family members country?
