I added a new number to my PayPal account and removed the old one because I lost it.but after making payments with thune to mpesa the money didn't not appear to the new number I added

I am sorry to know that the funds are not reflected on Mpesa. Please make sure that all the details should match on both accounts such as name. address, contact details, etc. After you have confirmed the transaction, it takes between 2 hours to 3 calendar days to process a payment from your PayPal account to your M-PESA account, depending on the transaction value. If you have any questions about M-Pesa transactions, you will have to get in touch with M-Pesa support to know the exact reason. You can also refer to this link to know more information.
