Hi! This is my problem. Any tips how to slove it? Im owner of the cart. But its says:"Your card is still linked to your PayPal account, but you can’t use it for purchases until you confirm that you’re the owner. Try confirming again or contact the card issuer."

Then do as paypal advised in your first post and contact your card issuer?
