Hello we have from this day same problem like some others.

 

In accordance with international regulations, this transaction was rejected

 

The Payments from Eu to our Firm in Singapore will not done.  All is okay nothing changed. Paypalaccounts are all good. I want call paypal and got a Code bot phonenumber is not there  -----

 

what can i do. it kill my buisness

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

today all works again.

 

I have tried but got no phonenumber no emailadress looks like ----- but got a code for contact. 

Realy , we paid a lot every year and no service for buisness ^^

 

so i got help from extended  Customer

 

thank you for your help.
