its the second time i tried to withdraw my money from paypal to bank account but it never work and now my my is draining fast because of the constant refunding. i dont know anymore. rn im just so confused and sad cause it took so much TvT. is it because its new? should i had contact my local bank or something?

the name i put is correct but as for the number im not sure cause they censored them.
