Payment to wrong email-adress without payPal-Acc., but I have access to email.

I got a payment on my .com address (no PayPal-Acc.) instead of my .de address, how can I decline the payment on my .com address so the sender can repeat the payment ? I don't want to open another PayPal-Acc. with the other address.

Can you add the .com email address to your paypal account and confirm it? If so the funds should show.

You can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account and receive funds with any of them.

The sender was able to cancel the payment without any hassle contradictory to what I expected. So he could redo the payment to the correct adress, but it's good to know I can add multiple Mail adress, thanks. 🙂
