iPhone app keeps crashing when trying to deposit a check

My new iPhone 14's PayPal app keeps force closing when depositing a check. I get to the part where I enter the check amount, $100.00, but when I go to select take photo of the front or back of the check, the app force quits. I guess crashes is a better word. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it from the app store to no avail. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have this same issue. I’ve deleted the app twice as well as the cookies/cache…Still crashes

It’s the end of January 2023 and this issue is still not resolved! I am so angry, annoyed, etc Come ON, PayPal! This is unacceptable!
