Instructions to stop automatic payments do not work

Figure out the proper way to cancel recurring payment/subscription at merchant website and/or go to:
Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments > Click merchant name > Click Cancel
Settings > Data & Privacy > Permissions you’ve given> Click Remove at the merchant or website
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
