how to stop a subscription website to collect money from my Account ?

Hello Community, Recently a subscription website trying to take money from my Bank card (linked with paypal) good luck that their was not enough fund on my account, now my question is how to prevent them again taking money from my account if i deposit fund again, should i have to close my paypal account or should i have to close my bank card, or any other solution, please help me.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thanks for your reply, but

my account linked with 2 bank card, so both the bank card showing the same subscription was rejected due to insufficient fund 

but in Paypal transaction details i don't see any payment list or reject list, my point is 

is paypal not showing those payment was rejected, then how to block those company from paypal if its not showing in Transaction list,
