how to capture a payment

It's saying you need to claim it. That's not a normal capture of an authorization.
This seems more like a situation where the email address that was paid to does not have a PayPal account. If that's the case you need to create an account with that email or add that email to an existing account. Then the funds would drop in there.
Alternatively, it could be related to currency conversion or something where you need to approve it. This you would see in your account activity log, and there would be buttons to claim/deny the payment.
