eCheck payment taking longer than expected

Hi i got a money by eCheck payment on 17 april from a friend and it still says pending even if on email it says that money will be avaiable in 5 to 7 working days

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. 

I am sorry to hear the eCheque you received has not yet cleared. I know this must be frustrating. Typically it takes 10-14 business days to process an eCheque. As this timeframe has passed it would suggest there is an issue with your friends bank account. I would suggest you contact your friend regarding the payment. As the eCheque is processed by the bank, PayPal cannot expedite the process.
