I am from India
i have a bank of baroda debit card linked to my paypal account
the card is an international card
until a few days back, things were fine
whenever i tried to pay, the 3d-secure window used to popup, and after the otp authentication, the payments happened
but since last two months or so, the 3d-secure window is not popping up, instead the popup says "your bank is asking for additional information" and it stops there
at other merchants things are working fine as they were before, its only with paypal that i am getting stuck
any help from the community is appreciable
