I have sold an account to someone and they sent me the money from America in USD and I live in Europe with the EURO currency.Do I have to do something in order to get the money or should I just wait ? And do I have to have a card linked to my PayPal account in order to receive money ?I have a screenshot of the payment and the transaction ID if that will help you.

Have you added USD as a receiving currency in your paypal wallet?

If not add it and the funds should show up.

No point giving us transaction i.d's as they would be meaningless to us.

You would need to have confirmed your email address.

Also double check the email address that was used and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.

Verifying by adding a bank account or credit card also helps in some countries.

However if the payment was showing as unclaimed on the senders side then it has not gone through yet.

If that's the case it will return to the sender at 30 days, if it has completed and none of the above apply then contact customer services to trace it for you?
