Withdrawing Money to my card

Hello i added card to paypal (Visa) and it said that money should be on my card within 1-3 days and now it says that it will be avaiable within 5-7 days when i need that money like rn? should i contact my bank or what should i do help please.

If the withdrawal has been completed, you need to contact your bank/card issuer to locate the money in your bank/card account. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for the money to reflect in your card statement. You can also contact us directly by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. Alternatively, you can send a PM via Facebook or a DM via Twitter for further assistance.
