Withdrawal to local bank account

I need to withdraw my funds to my bank account number or phone number but am having issues.. the transaction is not going through.. am using PayPal app in my phone and also am located in kenya

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.

That is unless things have changed recently and you can withdraw to a local bank account?
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
