When I withdraw money to my bank/card it always was in proper BGN (currency in Bulgaria and of my bank account). Now it show and want to send in EUR and I am unable to find a way to force to withdraw in proper BGN. Tried both Instant and Standard. They all show in EUR now, not BGN as they used to (I did withdrawal like 20-30 days ago and was fine.
Tried calling help phone line for 3 days! I type my 6 digit code from Paypal and etc and "hold the line" for half or hour and just a music, nobody to answer. Used option "call back" - the same, they called me back and again put me on hold and music forever. That is NOT serious support. I am considering finding other solution to replace Paypal, if no way to ever get support when needed. Just need to move money to my bank first (or will just spend them at some online store) and will consider closing account after so many years of use. But this is unprofessional support, experience I never had before, especially with company taking care of my money.
