Withdraw money

I want to withdraw money from my PayPal account in mauritius. In want to know what the steps to be done. Apparently it seem that people are getting problem with that. Please help me as I need the money urgently?

Click on transfer below your balance any transfer to any bank account or card that is an option for your country and which you have linked and confirmed to your paypal account.

Hey, I tried everything and nothing seems to work, they keep holding my clients funds, everytime I try to input my bank info it says "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions." Even though I've already already called my bank, nothing seems to have been done!!! I don't have a US bank account nor I'm going to risk having to put $200 in this account just for "purchasing history" and potentially have that also be stuck!! I want my money!

Try another card normally a credit visa works.

The U.S banking option is for U.S citizens living in other countries as paypal is a U.S company.

I have a debit Mastercard. Tried everything, nothing works:(

Well a debit mastercard is not a credit visa is it???
