Hi @SALIM57,

 

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. It sounds like you're trying to send a payment using our Friends and Family option. Regrettably, PayPal accounts in the United Arab Emirates do not have the ability to send personal payments at this time. However, you are able to shop online and send payments using the Goods and Services option. I know this may impact how you use your PayPal account significantly, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
