Why is Chewy not accepting PayPal payment? Chewy tells me it's a Paypal issue, that they can't do anything about it. I know my Paypal acct is working fine elsewhere. Is there anything Paypal can do? I just don't want to put my credit card out there online. I used Chewy, and paid with Paypal just fine about a month ago.
