Why can’t I transfer my available funds after multiple security holds?

I waited 6 days for my funds to become available, I then had to verify my identity which I did successfully, I was told to wait 4 hours which I did, I was then told to wait 48 hours… I waited 48 hours, again could not access my funds, I was told that I would have to wait an additional 24 hours… I waited. I STILL can not access my funds even though they say available and I have no limitations on my account. I’m not even allowed to get the money at Walmart as it gives me no option. Why is this happening?!?!
