What are these mysterious small amount of money from Paypal to my debit card?

These two transactions were refunded to my debit card. I cannot find any explanation for it. Can someone offer explanation and where can I find detailed of such transactions?

Yes that was my initial thought too. However,

 

1) My debit card is not yet confirmed, I did not go through that process.
2) Why refunded twice?
3) I can't even find any amount deducted from my card in the first place. 

I mean its like free money. I just want to understand what is going on.

Paypal deduct the money when you click to confirm and if you do NOT confirm then the small amounts are refunded 30 days later.

The 2 payments make up the code ie 1518.

But Paypal did not deduct anything from my card though, I checked my statements.

The small deposit payments sent to your card when confirming the financials can be minimal and are hard to recognise. If you can't see any payments taken, then the best thing to do right now is to ignore the two small deposits paid to you. If they were done mistakenly, or as part of our confirmation process then they'll most likely be reversed back.
