when i pay something i got message like "We couldn't complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again, check your account or contact us"

please help. i already check my credit card,tried update credit card,remove and update new card. i tried many things but still not working

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

By chance, is your payment coming from Chase or JPMorgan?  This month my automatic payment from Chase Bank was rejected/declined.  After numerous calls, and it is not easy to speak to a human, a manager admitted to a "glitch" between Chase or JPMorgan and PayPal that they are attempting to work out.
