“We could not complete your payment”

Hello, 

i have an issue with my online order payment. The site only accepts PayPal and when I try to pay with my PayPal, it says that the payment could not be completed. I do have money in my wallet. How come it is not possible for me to place my order? 
I would very much appreciate any help or advise!

Have you verified your paypal account by adding a bank account or card?

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in your balance in the correct currency that the seller accepts? Paypal will only convert from a bank account or card, with a balance you have to convert first.

Have you marked the balance as your primary funding source?
