Unable to top-up with RHB bank

Does anyone have issue to top-up money to Paypal via RHB bank?

The option is not available in Paypal anymore.

I tried to use RHB online to top-up my paypal account, money deducted but unsucessfull. I called RHB, they claimed that nothing to do with RHB.

I just got the same problem as Icwong above too. I thought PayPal had fixed this problem but it looks like the developers at PayPal HQ have **bleep** it up again.

Been having the same issue too, just noticed this seems to be a recurring issue from Paypal end.
